Weeee~~ I love getaways! 3 days in Tioman was great.
While travelling to Mersing, I looked out of the window and wondered... We're just separated by the water but we look so different. In Singapore, you can see high buildings and greenery almost everywhere. However, in Malaysia, it looks totally different. The buildings look all run dowm. Maybe because there isn't much trees along the roads, it was extremely warm!
Walking towards our room
A view from our room.. =DAfter 2-3 hours of bus and 2 hours of ferry, I was finally at Tioman!! After checking into our room and unpacking, we spent our first day exploring the beach. While sitting on the beach, we felt so relaxed! It feels totally different from Singapore. There isn't a need to rush around. Everything seems to slow down there. You can take your time and enjoy your moments.
Second day was the snorkling trip. We took a boat to somewhere around Berjaya Beach. There were fishes everyhere and anywhere in the water! Even when we ran out of bread, the fishes still swam close to us. One was even staring at me in front of my face! At one point of time, one of them bit me!! =( Maybe I'm too delicious... =P
Then, we went to Marine Park for another snorkling. There wasn't any corals to see... Only fishes... But still, it was fun! =D
After snorkling, it was lunch, then canoe! Again, we brought bread along. We went to a spot that was 'infested' with fishes to feed them. =D After paddling halfway, I got tired and decided to lie back, instead of paddling... =P
Our second day was tiring because of the snorkling and canoeing. In the late afternoon, we just rested in our room till it was dinner time.
Our third day was the day we had to say goodbye to Tioman. Before leaving, we decided to spend our time at the jetty. So, we went to buy bread again... Yes! It's for the fishes! We had to feed them slowly because the bread had to last us for an hour... But, the boat came early. We ended up with only 30 minutes to feed the fishes before leaving the island reluctantly...
It was really a place that lets your mind to be at ease. We got to know a few people from the snorkling trip. =D But...

Fantasy don't last forever. In the end, we still had to return to reality. I'm falling in love again... I've fallen in love with the sea, fishes and corals! Uncle Richard keep talking about Pulau Sibu! =( He's making me tempted!! I wanna go........ =P

Ahhh... My head hurts! The wisdom pain is torturing me slowly..
This morning, this thought came to my mind.. "What happends if someone's life just ended suddenly? Will there be tears of joy or sorrow?"
To me, it may be half half. I'll be happy because that person can end his sufferings. But sad because he's gone forever.
Life is always filled with surprises. Everything may happen unexpectedly. Wouldn't life be perfect if we know what exactly is going to happen in the furure?
I guess I'm really bored. I kind of miss my past hectic work life. I love the pile of work on my table that I had to complete. I miss the stress I used to handle.
At that time, I really wished that there's 25 hours a day. But sometimes, I didn't mind... Because at least I know time is moving.

It's the most dreadful day... IHT on rest day... All of us have to be back. =(
In the morning, it was staff comm. Luckily it ended quickly. After that, it was Fish Market time... Some of them brought stuff to batter trade. For me, I got a book from Yoshoda. In return, I just have to get her avocado milk shake for her... =) I practically paid $2 for a book that cost $17! haha...
After lunch, we dragged ourselves down to DT for the NE Seminar. It was frm 1pm to 5pm!!! The speaker of the day has PST - Permanent Sore Throat. After about 15 minutes, Jay and I fell asleep... I woke up only 30 minutes later... =P For the second half, Jay and I kept talking. We weren't listening at all... Haa..
When the seminar finally ended, it was DURIAN PARTY TIME!!! It's kinda fun eating durian together in such a big group! =) It's more fun when there's free flow of durians!! 2 big baskets of durians were bought for us! Hee..

Today, the moment I stepped in, I was surprised to see Daryl to be in his army uniform. He looked so handsome! haa... Why was he required to wear his uniform? It's because... Today is SAF Day!
When I was doing my tour, I was shocked by the size! The crowd kept flooding in when I was waiting at Gateway. Anyways, I tried to entertain my self. Hee... Sam came in halfway to help me with half of the group because not all of them can squeeze into Crisis Sim.
Before the second tour, I was in FITB. While reading my book, I fell asleep. When I woke up, I was shocked! It's already 1230!! My tour is starting!! Quickly, I rushed over. Luckily, I was still considered early... The tour was at 1245...
~*~*~*After talking to many people these days, I've realised life isn't that simple as you think. There's so many unexpected events for you to handle with piror notice. Each event is a challenge for you to grow up or learn from.
If you think your life is bad, think about others. You don't know what they have gone through. If you think others' life is so much better than you, you may be wrong. You were not able to see the shit they have been through to get the life they are enjoying now or they may be suffering deep inside and these weren't revealed to you.
No matter what, live life to the fullest! That's my motto. Once, someone told me... You are only able to live your life once. Appreciate what you have... Treasure what you have now. Aim for the goal in your life...
