Ok... How long has it been... More than 2 weeks!
These 2 weeks, lots of events happened... Birthday celebrations... Outings... But most of it will be work... As usual lah...
The real sense of satisfaction is really your customers' smiles. It is something that money can't buy. I had this family. After the tour, they actually shook my hand and thanked me! It was really thanking me from the bottom of their hearts! That small little action actually made me happy for the rest of the day!
Most of the time, simple things you do can make people very happy. So, instead of complaining, just do a simple deed like lending a helping hand.
The world needs more happy people than grouchy ones.

One morning... I was super early for work. 8am and I'm in the guides' room. When I was walking through the office, I heard someone breathing heavily and typing on the keyboard.. Trying not to let my mind wonder, I walked quickly to the room and shut the door. If I had brought my hardisk, I would have played some music...
Creepy....

It was another day of guiding...
When I learned that I don't have to standby for the walk-in tours, I didn't know whether I should be glad or not. All I have to do is to do 2 school groups.
Again, my second class was the devil. However, this time, I wasn't as fed up as yesterday. I'm getting better at this! Wahahaha... Their teacher actually apologised to me for their behaviour when I counted down at the top of my voice. My throat actually felt a little pain.
When we're at the Dance Studio, I actually sabotaged the teachers! Hee...
Besides screaming at the little devils, I'm really starting to enjoy guiding... =)

I was at the MRT station, going home. When I was taking the escalator, I saw a little girl running towards the gantry area. She ran there because her father is coming out! She was gonna greet and welcome her father!
I guess.. After a day of hard work, little actions like this can really make you think that it's all worth it.
After 2 weeks, I was ready to start doing tours on my own. I was excited and nervous at the same time because I have to manage many things at once. I had to manage the group, time and the speaker. When doing this, I must also make sure that the message of the tour is delivered to them. I had to share as much knowledge as I could within the time limit. Haiz...
This afternoon, I've got 2 students group. When I was with my first group, I felt that they are like little angels. They were very cooperative but the only bad part is... They called the NS men King Kong... -.- So when they saw them, they started shouting, 'The King Kong Kor Kor are there!!!' -.-"
My second group of students were so different from the first one. They look like little angels but they are actually little devils! But when I started counting down from 10, they all gathered in front of me very quickly! The power of counting down... haa... When I brought them to watch the show about Rina, they were all very quiet! They were very shocked by the show. At least this leaves an impact in them.
At the end of the day, Terence and I were talking about our groups. He and I had the same feelings. Haa...
