Welcome to the new office!
After squeezing in the ballroom for almost a month, renovation of the office has nearly completed! Today was the 'grand opening' of our new office!
We lined up according to our departments. With Ms Teh as the leader, we stepped in after she rolled in the oranges. Everyone 'wow' at what they saw. For those at the back, they 'wow' even before they saw the entrance to create effect. -.-
When we stepped in, it really had a new look. It look very spacious! Since it's more spacious, our tables are smaller. We walked around B1 before heading down to B2 where our Rest and Relax area is. We're all surprised when we saw no doors for the shower! "Don't worry! There will be doors. They will only be ready tomorrow..." Ms Teh assured us. Haha... Leon told us that there will also be sofa and television! =D
After touring round B2, we went back up to B1. Desmond asked us, FT, to gather. Then, he took our red packets and started distributing! We're surprised! Ah Yee joined in and said she's our new FT colleague. Betty said she also has to have one because she issues our tickets. Ms Teh said she HAS to have one because she's the one paying us! Haha...
After craping around, we had a group photo before going back to work. Auntie, our cleaner came down to have a look. She's very cute! She asked if she can come in to have a look too anot! Haha.. Of course she can mah... "Auntie, you also got new office leh! Your office is the nicest here!" Desmond Goh said and pointed to the pantry and brought her there. Btw... Auntie always spend most of her time in the pantry and she's always saying the pantry is like her office. Haha... Auntie is really cute... =D
I didn't go back to work actually. After doing some paper work, I got bored. So, I went outside to be ticketing staff for about 2 hours or so. =P
After lunch, I went back to do ticketing after settling some stuff. After hiding at the counter for some time, I decided to go back to the office to finish up my work. When I opened the door, I was surprised that half of the office had moved downstairs! Henry said we don't have to wait till tomorrow. We can start doing it.
Since the rain made it impossible for me to go to the island to endorse my tickets, I started to move too. While moving, I kept trying to call the SOS people to see if they brought the chop up to Imbiah. If they didn't, I don't wanna waste my time going down there. But none of them answered my call!! I called Vinson to see if he's working or not. But he wasn't! =( So I decided not to care about it anymore and went after work.
The new office is beautiful. But it's very open and the table is TINY! When I lay out my files and put my monitor on it, I barely have space to write! Haiz... Hope I get some cabinets...

I'm feeling so lonely... I'm starting to hate being home alone... There's nobody with me to keep me company. There's nobody to watch tv with me. There's nobody for me to irritate.
Argh!!!
It's slowly killing me!
7 days! For these 7 days, I'll be coming home with no one in the house.

At last, I have the chance to go to the shop!
What shop??
It's Gucci's boutique lah...
I've been aiming on this wallet. I wanted to buy on Friday to reward myself with my first pay!
Happily, I entered the shop. I walked around trying to find my dream wallet. At last, it appeared in front of me! I wanted to ask the sales person to bring it out for me. I was in front of her but she practically ignored me!!!
Humph!
Disappointed with the service, I decided not to buy. Maybe I should try the one at Paragon.
It's the same as CityChain! They see the way you dress before deciding if you're worth their time. That day I was in t-shirt and jeans with my 'wu gui' backpack.
Not only rich people can afford branded goods hor! Poor people also can lor... It's only whether they want or not.
I guess it's also my stupid habit. When I step into a shop, I expect service. I really love it when you're welcomed the moment you enter the shop. If I'm not attended to within a certain time frame, I'll just walk out of the shop even if there's something I wanna buy. To me, I feel that there's no point giving this kinda shop because part of the amount I'm paying for the thing is for the service provided. I can get a subsitute item where I get my satisfaction.

Today, Clinton and I gossip about some staff issues... Actually we're discussing about work lah... We have to gossip to know who can work with who and who can't get along with who. When planning the roster, we have to think about these kinda issues. This is where all the headache come from. I had to spend half a day or sometimes one whole day just to plan the weekly roster. Without these, I guess I'm able to get it out within 1-2 hours. Haiz...
I was supposed to write a memo for the staff. Clinton said it has to sound very serious. Henry asked me not to be too gentle for this memo. So... I stared at my monitor for like 5 minutes thinking how to start. When I'm finally done, I stared at it again for another 5 minutes or so. It just feels weird. In the end, I forced Gabriel to help me look through. =P
After killing so much brain cells on the memo, I went to Sentosa to do my usual routine... take SkyRide to endorse tickets.
When I reached Sentosa station, I was very hungry. I went to the counter to find some biscuits to eat. The sky was overcast when I was walking towards the SkyRide. I decided to ignore and tell myself that the rain would wait for a while more. It would only rain when I'm at Beach Station. Hairul teared my tickets and off I went!
When I was hanging in the air, enjoying my biscuits, droplets of water started falling from the sky. Few seconds later, it started to POUR!!!
What the... Why didn't the rain wait???
The SkyRide started to move slower. With the speed and the rain, I was drenched! To protect my stuff, I leaned forward, using my body to provide a shade for it.
When I was nearing the bottom, I saw Hairul again! "Faster... I very cold....." I shouted down to ask them to increase the speed. =P Hairul went to my side with a jacket to shelter me! He actually luge down to do that! Wow! He must have speed down...
At the Beach Station, Dickson asked, "What happen to you? Don't tell me you take SkyRide in this condition?" Water was dripping from my hair and my clothes were soaked. "The rain decided to come down when I was on the SkyRide..." I told him...
After endorsing the tickets, I had to take a bus back...
One thing I like about Sentosa's bus is that the bus captain is always smiling. =) They always smile and welcome me onboard. This little thing always make my day!
Before heading back, I decided to go back to office to get my jacket. I was afraid I would feel cold. When Desmond saw me, he gave me a very surprised face. I didn't know what to say to him. I didn't really wanna explain why I'm back. I just smiled at him and left... =P

I was chased out of office by my boss!
In the morning, he said he wanna talk to me. He asked me about the sales on Vesak Day. I described to him with my sexy voice. He noticed the change in my voice and asked if I've seen a doc. I told him I didn't because I hate to take cough med. Then, he started talking about himself and his sickness cycle. First, cough. Then headache and fever. Lastly, flu. I told him my fever was on Saturday so now no more fever.
After hearing, he was shocked because I came back on Monday to help out. He asked if I wanna take MC and rest or take half day off. I told him I didn't need because I only have a sore throat and I didn't needa talk much when I work. But he insisted. Then, I told him, "but I needa endorse SOS tickets leh... Thursday Steven help me le. I don't wanna trouble him again..." "Nevermind... I ask Omar." he said...
So suay, Omar came to office. Henry asked me to pass him the tickets. I feel kinda paiseh troubling him because he has to do it after his working hours.
I left during lunch. Instead of going home to rest, I went to Jurong Point to meet Ivan for lunch. We're planning to go to Hidayah's house to visit her. After lunch, we went to NTUC to get some fruits for her. When I think of NTUC, I remembered the time I was in Thailand. I said very proudly and loudly that we could get ham or hotdogs from NTUC... -.-
Anyways... At the supermarket, we got 3 oranges, 3 apples and 2 packets of twisties. At the cashier, the auntie asked us to get 8 oranges instead because it's more worth it. So, we went back to get another 5 more. We had a hard time choosing. I told Ivan, "No wonder it's 8 for $1.88"
When we're finally done, we went to meet TX. Then, we walked to Hidayah's place. It felt like we're walking in the desert! It was super hot!! We're glad when we finally reached her house.
Today, she seems better that before. She's super talkative! We stayed at her house until 5 plus. I told her I had to leave first because my boss forced me to see doc.
~*~*~*I was actually surprised when I saw his message. When I was out alone with him, I smelled something's fishy. He actually remembered what I liked and what type of seats I like! Then, he confessed... I was shocked. Really shocked...

The Adventure of my HP's Day Out!
Yesterday, from Addy's house, we wanted to go back to my place. As usual, we took a bus and train.
In the bus, I told Addy the bus captain drove like a F1 driver. He don't seem to brake when he make any turnings! I was swaying here and there even though I was clinging onto the pole. I was very happy when we finally had a place to sit. My bag weighed a ton and it's tiring to carry it throughout the journey.
We alighted at Dg and rushed aboard the train. When the door closed, I touched my pocket and was surprised to find that it was flat! My hp wasn't in there! I started to panic!
Addy said the bus will terminate at Outram. So we just have to make our way there to try our luck if we could find it.
While waiting for the train, he called my hp to see if anyone picked it up anot but nobody answered it. I couldn't think properly. I kept thinking 'how? how!'.
When we finally reached the terminal, he went up to 2 of the buses to look for it. It wasn't there! We went to the counter to ask if we could go up to one of the bus to see if my hp was there. At that time, a bus captain said he would be leaving in 1minute's time. When he leave, we could go and look for it. The 3 of us waited..... At last, the longest 1 minute was up!
We made our way to the bus and went to the seat we sat. It was there! =D I was so happy and relieved!
After our adventure, we went to Addy's mother's working place. There, he hao lian that he was very smart because he knew where to look for my phone. -.-
After recovering my hp, he immediately deleted a picture I took of him. There goes my masterpiece again... Haiz...

"For your info, I'm now at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Juz met accident this morn. I'm glad I'm still alive."
I was shocked and surprised when I saw this message. How can this person still send such a 'cool' msg when something serious had happened to her!!! -.-
The day before, I went to see Eddie at SGH with Eileen and Addy. Eileen said Melvin was also in the hospital because he hurt his thumb. She and Addy joked and said maybe Joo San was in TTS. She said he didn't answer his phone when they called and joked that he was in operation.
In the end, it's not Joo San who's in TTS... Next time, it's better if we don't joke about this kinda things.
If I visit her after work, by the time I reach there, it'll be quite late le... So, I went the next day. I was surprised and glad to hear that she's able to be discharged on that day (her second day).
When I reached there in the morning, she looks different. It doesn't feel like the usual her. When she showed me her injuries, I was like OMG! We chatted until she was ready to leave.
I went to the taxi stand with her and her father while her brother went to collect her medicine. There, she kept talking. But the topics she talked about made me feel weird. She usually don't talk about things she told me before but throughout the time when we're waiting, she kept saying those things she said before. Was she really ok? I didn't wanna interrupt her by telling her that she told me before. So, I let her continue. At least she's not thinking about what had happened the day before.
Today, Ivan called me. The first thing he said was,"我要骂你." I was puzzled so I asked him why. He explained that it was because I didn't tell him about the accident. He said he was like the last person to know. I felt kinda bad but I really didn't know she didn't tell him... =P

Yesterday, my auntie brought Jean to my house again. She looks fatter! I love the way she walks. It looks so hilarious! It's like she's walking on ice, skidding here and there. When she is lying on the floor, she lies on her stomach with her legs spread out. Her position isn't like other dogs.
Yeah, Jean is a dog. A super cute one. =D
After a family dinner at home, I prepared myself to go out. Addy coming back! Hee... Before I left, I checked the teletext again for the belt number. I was shocked to see the plane landing time was 2109hrs instead of 2135, what I saw earlier in the afternoon. At that time, it was already 8.30pm!
Quickly, I went out to take a cab there. From my house, the uncle can go by TPE to the airport. Instead, he took CTE! I wondered if he heard my destination wrongly. When I asked him, he said he didn't know he can go by TPE. -.- In the end, he went from Hougang to CTE, to PIE then ECP.
It was until we're at CTE then we realised the meter wasn't switched on at all! =P
When we're at the airport, uncle stopped the meter at $15 because he said he not sure where I can alight. So good.
After alighting, I quickly went to check the belt number and made my way there. When I was finally, there, the plane had already landed but the baggage were not out yet. I still had time to buy myself a drink and sit comfortable somewhere near.
While waiting, the cafe played a song. I can't remember the name but it nearly brought tears to my eyes. =P
Finally, Addy and Eddie were out! They practically pretended not to see me when they stepped out. -.-
Today, when I was in the bus to work, I felt terrible. I'm still not sure if it's because the bus was too stuffy or my bag was too heavy. I was very scared. I was afraid I would just give up and enter 'sleep mode'. I couldn't see anything except for just some outlines. I wanted to alight and have a seat at the bus stop but I was afraid to move. So, I grabbed onto the pole as tightly as I could and force myself to keep my eyes open... It was the longest 10-15minutes I had in my life...
When I was at Dg, I wanted to get MC. I was afraid the same thing will happen in the MRT again. After thinking for some time, I decided to go to work. Monday isn't a good time for MC.
When I was in the office, I didn't have the mood and energy to work. I keep staring into space. In the end, I gave up. I was feeling super cold. So, I went to the ticketing counter to sit down. At least I won't feel so cold because it's warmer outside. So, I sat beside Yanling for about 1 hour. I helped her to sell packages when I was there. Like this, nobody can say anything. heh... =P

Last night was kinda fun! After dinner, I rushed to Tiong for my movie, Made of Honour. I had to rush because I was late already. I was supposed to meet Hidayah at 10pm but at 930, I was still charging my phone and eating durian... =P
When I got there, all of them were working! Aiza, Angela, Xinyi, Luanne and Jason. I had a warm welcome from them. Wah... Really miss them. But come to think of it, I met them few weeks ago when I was watching Iron Man mah... Hmmm...
While waiting, I took photos with Panda!! The pictures didn't come out that good because of the lighting. I'm sure the problem has nothing to do with the people in them. haha.. =P
When Hidayah went for her smoking session, I went downstairs with Jason. He told me lots of stories. Wah... I didn't know things were so bad. Pity them. He kept complaining about our 'second big brother' who slept through closing, MIA when he is needed and sucking up to managers for backing. Those who were on shift yesterday were on the verge of quitting because of him.
We went to the staircase to gossip more but were surprised that there were so many people gathered there smoking! Even the trainee CE was there too. -.- Luanne who came in to throw rubbish joined in the gossip too.
The movie was just ok. Out of 5 stars, I'll only give 3.
After the movie, there was a crowd at the lift area so we waited for them to disappear first. While waiting, I sat at the usher point to talk to Xinyi, Luanne and Jason. I kept saying Bryan looks like Panda! Then, Xinyi said...
"One day, Bryan hide behind the standee and sticked his name tag onto it. There wasn't anyone else around. Then one customer walked up. Bryan said, 'Hi, can I help you?' The customer was shocked that Panda could talk!"
Haha... Stupid Bryan...
Again, I got a lift home from Hidayah. We sat at the void deck and chatted until 4am! We actually chatted for about 2 hours! I quickly chased her home because she's doing opening the next day...

Do you ever feel weird when everyone knows your name and who you are but you don't really know them at all? Well, I'm encountering this everytime I take the SkyRide.
It's amazing when you have not met that staff but he knows your name! It's scary but they're Sentosa staff, where many crazy people gathered. =P Crazy but also friendly at the same time. Meihua is the one on the extreme end. haha.. =P
Whenever I go there, I will keep hearing people calling me and waving at me. It makes me feel like a star but at the same time, a bit paiseh because most people's attention will turn to me where there's a commotion. This is what you get for taking too much SkyRide. =P
I realised I've become normal again. I seldom read on the SkyRide anymore. I don't know why but maybe it's a good place to relax yourself. The scenery seems to calm you down. When you're going down, you can have lots of peace and tranquility. You can have a great view of the sea. The longer you look at it, the better you'll feel.
To me, even if you have a very bad day, after the SkyRide, you'll not feel as bad anymore. You can dump all the bad stuff in the sea in front of you and drown yourself in the peaceful scenery. When you're off the ride, you'll feel refreshed.
That's how I feel about the ride. I wonder if anyone else has the same feeling...

Hmmm... How should I spend my weekend when the usual person I spend with is overseas...
Yesterday was the second day of class. The group of us who are repeating sat together. Throughout the lesson, none of us really had the mood. We all still had the 'why me' feeling. Haiz...
Halfway through the class, actually it was only the first 1/3 of the class, Henry called me. I had a very bad sense of feeling. Quickly, I took my roster and went out of class to answer his phone. I was outside class until it was break time to settle work stuff. I guess I was outside for at least 30mins. I missed 1 chapter of lesson when I was outside. Luckily I wasn't watching movies at that time. If not, I'll be soo upset for missing like 1/4 of the show. =P
During break time, I quickly ate my burger I bought before lesson and discussed about project at the same time. We continued to discuss even though lesson had started. At the end of class, we had finally settled on a topic.
Today I'm meeting Hidayah for movies! Hope my phone don't ring. But to be on the safe side, I still have to bring my rosters and telephone lists out.. Just in case...
HP! PLEASE DON'T RING WHEN I'M IN THE CINEMA!! =(
Come to think of it, I'm watching midnight movies. Henry can't possibly call me so late at night... =P

After endorsing SOS tickets, I made my way back to the Skyride. Suddenly, I felt something is wrong. I stopped walking immediately. My waist suddenly feels different. It felt so lose.
"Oh no! My belt dropped!" I thought. I touched my waist and looked around for my belt. Then, I realised I wasn't wearing any belt at all. At that point of time, I thought I was wearing my sec school uniform!!
Was I crazy or not? It's been about 6 years since I last worn my uniform... Why suddenly I thought I was wearing it???? Hmmmmm....
~*~*~*On Monday, I realised that my ticketing hard disk was missing! I told Henry about it. He told me that I'm SOOOOO DEAD!! I know that. He asked me to try to find it. If I really can't find it, he'll think of a solution. The whole morning, I kept looking around. I didn't have the mood to work. During lunch, I went home to find. I remembered bringing it home on Labour Day. That was the only time I brought it out.
I practically turned my room upside down but I can't find it at all. After work, I went to Addy's place to look for it. I remembered having it with me when I went to his house. I still can't find it!!!
We went home to find again. I didn't know what kinda feeling I had. Everything is so messed up in my head. I really have no idea where it is. Was it lost during the move of office on Friday?
Tuesday, I told Henry I really can't find it. He went to ask IT what to do. They said nothing can be done. Even if they disable my account, whoever picked it up can still use it. Henry asked me to look around again. If I really can't find it, he'll think of something.
I couldn't think of anything else except for my hard disk. I went to Sentosa to look for someone to talk to. I really can't work with my mind so occupied. After resting for some time, I went back. I decided to force myself to work.
I was checking the ticketing staff's petty cash when I realised there's quite a few missing!! Wah... Why everything missing... I almost wanted to pull my hair put! I asked Jenny, Man Ho and Judy about the petty cash because I remembered submitting.
I push the paper where I jotted down all the missing petty cash claims under my keyboard. Then, I realised something weird came out. I saw a black wire. I lifted up my keyboard. I FOUND MY HARD DISK!!! I was SOOOO HAPPY!! Immediately, I told Henry and Johnathan, our IT Manager. All of us were SUPER relived because we didn't know what solution can be used to solve the issue.
After finding my hard disk, I still had to look for the petty cash claims. I remembered putting them in Man Ho and Leon's In Tray for their approval.
Die... Total, there's $190++ missing!
I didn't know what to do. I dare not ask Henry because I've just found my hard disk and now petty cash claims are missing. Suddenly, Jenny said Man Ho just passed her 2 transport claims. After some time, Man Ho and Judy said they found my forms!
WAH!! I was so relived!

It's Labour Day today! And I've gotta go back to work...
When I was reaching the counter, I saw a long queue. I've to start working immediately. I kept talking and talking till I was thirsty. I was saying the same things over and over again. When I'm speaking to Indians, I will speak together with their slang. I dunno why...
When there isn't any more crowd at the counter, Henry asked me to go to Sentosa to look see look see.
When I was sitting at the counter, I realised that there wasn't any maps. So, I volunteered to steal some from upstairs. When I went up, I saw the SOS guys, Dickson and Shawn. I went over to talk to them for a while, I told them I wanna wait for the staff to finish topping up the brochures so that I can steal some back. Then Dickson said, "Don't lah... Later auntie scold leh." He took a packet of brochures out and gave me half. So good!! hee...
Ming Zheng asked if I wanna follow his tour for today. He kept saying can go Dolphin Lagoon. OF COURSE I WANNA GO!! Robert and Simon hopped onto his bus too. Their presence made Ming Zheng very nervous. Haha... When we're in Underwater World, he started introducing the place to me. Then, he asked if I needed him to explain what's there. "Actually... Don't need leh... I came here recently.." I told him. "Then say so lah... Make me talk and talk.." he chided me!! How dare he treat his OE like this! =P I just gave him the -.- face.
Underwater World today is SUPER packed! You can't really see any of the exhibition. After staying there for a while, we went out. I went to get my ice cream.. hehe...
While waiting for the pax, I went to the beach for a while. I feel like going there to play too leh... =(
Next stop, it was Dolphin Lagoon. There, 3 Tour Hosts gathered together. Jeremy, Troy and Ming Zheng.... They sat comfortably at the back during the show while I squeezed my way to watch the performance. =D
After the show, we continued the tour. Ming Zheng was being irritating as usual. "Later when the bus turn, please take a look on your right. You'll see an extremely long queue. These people are queuing for the Red Line Bus. So when you see them, just wave at them and say bye bye!" -.-
When we're back at Imbiah, I decided not to take the Cineblast. Not interested in taking the ride again. So, I made my way back to the Tour Desk. On the way back, I met Robert and Simon together with his family. They're gonna take the Luge! I also wanna play!!! So I joined them. The first thing the Luge staff said when he saw me was, "Here to take Skyride again ah?" This time, I said very proudly, "Nope. Today no skyride. Today I wanna play the Luge!" When I saw the queue, I went back and told them I don't wanna play alr. The queue was terrible!!
The morale of the story... Don't visit any attractions during super peak period. =P

Early morning, and I'm pissed.
I don't mind people using my stuff in the toilet especially my make-up remover because it's kinda old already. Another person using it can help me finish it faster. =P But my tolerance for the way they treat my things is limited. I like my things to be the way I make them to be.
I want my make-up remover's cap to be tightened after use. However, she's always not doing it. She's always just putting the cap on the bottle without tightening it. I kept telling myself, "Maybe she just forgotten about it..." But I've been telling myself too many times.
Another thing is the facial cotton I leave in the toilet. It's convenient to have it there when you need it for toner and removing make-up. BUT! I really don't understand what kinda weird habit she has. Whenever she uses it, she doesn't like to take the ones on the top. She likes to take the third or forth one, leaving the top 2 or 3 pieces standing. If you are afraid that someone else's things are not clean, then don't use it! Bring your own! I really don't see what's the purpose for her actions.
Few days ago, I cut the plastic bag of the facial cotton so it'll be easier to get it out from the bag. Instead, this morning, I found a few pieces of the cotton on the shelf. Because she's unable to do her usual routine, she decided to leave it on the shelf instead of in the bag. Wasting my cotton. Although it's the cheap kind from Watsons.
When I saw that, I told myself, "THAT'S IT! She's not using any of my stuff anymore! NEVER!"
My mom said she'll get a basket for me to keep my stuff. She even asked me to keep my shower foam in my room. -.-
Frankly speaking, my whole family, of coz except her bf, doesn't have a good impression of her.
Firstly, my parents really don't like her. My mom said she practically ignored them even if she saw them. 我爸妈是吃玻璃长大的吗？
For me, I was also invisible to her. Once, she saw me coming out from my room. She gave me the look that I'm some kinda alien or something sleeping in a room next to her bf. That time, I wanted to smile at her but she just look away.
Why nobody has ever said anything to her? To me, we're invisible to her. And... She comes when everyone's in bed and leaves after everyone left the house in the morning. Unless you're really lucky, you don't see her at all.
Then in the afternoon, I was having lunch with my colleagues. When went to Chinatown for our lunch. From Harbourfront, one kept saying she wanna eat the fried rice at Chinatown. At Chinatown, she kept saying and saying but she don't wanna make her way there. "Later the queue long how?" She kept saying but after a while, she kept saying fried rice, fried rice, fried rice... I was kinda irritated. We can just go there to have a look mah.. If the queue is long, we can just have something else. Instead, we wasted a lot of time walking around. I was super hungry at that time... =(
After work, it was Iron Man time! Before the show, I had dinner with Yilin and Hidayah. It's been a long time since I last met Yilin! Seems like she's doing well at JP. Soon, Luanne, Xinyi and Shawn came. We went to Tiong for our movie.
It was almost full house and only Pat and Aiza was doing floor with 3 cinemas out at the same time. I tried to be irritating when I saw them. When I walked passed them, I gave them a pat on their shoulder and said, "GOOD LUCK LEH!" =P
Yilin and I feel that they very poor thing so we stayed back to help. Luanne joined in the fun. While clearing, I received some tips. I found $5! hehe... I told them about it but seems like nobody heard. So I kept it.. =P
After slacking around for a while, we went home. Again, I got a ride home from Hidayah. I gave her the $5 I found for her petrol. She had to ride me home then back to Jurong! =P
